Format and quality
Square, 20 by 20 cm (8 by 8 inches), 30 pages inside. Softcover or thick hardcover, matte paper that survives sticky fingers. A real person checks every book before it prints, and you have 24 hours after ordering to change a name, a spelling or the dedication.
Will it arrive in one piece?
It ships in a rigid book-wrap box: stiff card cut to the exact size of the book and folded tight around it, so nothing slides and the corners are covered. Not a padded envelope — corners are where books get damaged in transit, and that is what the box is built around.
If one ever turns up damaged, send a photo. We reprint and ship a new one free, and you keep the damaged copy.
